The Dragons Wheelchair Rugby Team train at the Bowden Active Living Centre in Trevethin every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm.
Michael Weedall, team manager of the Dragons Wheelchair Rugby Team, said: “This is a club that has members of all ages from 16 – 65 years of age, and all have different disabilities.
“We train in the Torfaen area every week. In April this year we have a home competition at Pontypool leisure centre. This will be the second year running and we really want to make it a special day for everyone involved.
“We are looking for raffle prizes and would appreciate any help from you that you could offer. We are affiliated to the Dragons RFC region and we would let people know where the prizes were donated from via social media. We would thank you also with any advertising that we did if time allows. You can imagine in the Gwent area we have thousands of followers and were seen all over.
“I know times are difficult at the moment but supporting a disability team will certainly get you advertised, like I said earlier any donation would be gratefully appreciated.”
